Today, you begin a mission to uncover one of nature’s greatest secrets: energy never disappears—it only changes form.

Your challenge is to build a classroom Route of Energy, where each team will show how one type of energy works and transforms into another.

​

Session 1: Planning the Journey

• Discover the different forms of energy: mechanical, sound, chemical, thermal, light, and electrical.

• Imagine a story or route where energy moves from one form to another.

• Choose one form of energy and design a simple experiment to show it.

• Make a list of materials you’ll need to bring for next time.

Session 2: Building the Route

• Create your experiment with your team.

• Show how your energy works and transforms.

• Connect all the groups’ experiments into one big classroom “Route of Energy.”

• Share your discoveries and reflect: energy is never lost, only transformed.

 

Use your creativity, teamwork, and scientific thinking—and together, you’ll reveal the journey energy takes around us every day.
